Common questions
What areas do you cover for wedding livestreaming?+
We cover the Gold Coast, Tweed Heads, Coolangatta, Burleigh, and the Northern Rivers including Byron Bay, Ballina, Lismore and the hinterland. Sunshine Coast, Brisbane and destination weddings on request — just send us the venue location and we'll let you know.
Is the wedding livestream private?+
The stream is hosted on a private link that isn't listed publicly and doesn't appear in search results. Only people you share the link with can watch. We can also add a password if you'd like extra protection.
What if our venue has poor WiFi or no internet?+
Garden weddings, beachside ceremonies, and remote venues are where our broadcast van earns its keep. It carries its own internet via bonded mobile carriers plus Starlink, plus a generator and battery backup. We've streamed weddings in some pretty far-flung locations across the Northern Rivers and beyond.
Will the livestream setup be visible during the ceremony?+
Discreetly. Our cameras are positioned to capture the ceremony without getting in your photographer or videographer's way. You won't notice us during the day — our team works quietly from the edges of the room.
Can you do photography and video as well as the livestream?+
We can. Many of our couples book livestreaming alongside our photography and video packages, which works out cheaper than booking each separately. Get in touch and we'll put a tailored quote together.
How far in advance should we book?+
Most couples book us anywhere from a few months to over a year in advance, especially for weddings between September and May (our busy season). The earlier you book, the more likely we'll have your date available. Last-minute bookings are sometimes possible — just ask.
Do we get a recording of the wedding livestream?+
Yes. We supply the recording in full HD after the wedding so you can rewatch, share with anyone who missed the live stream, or keep it as a permanent keepsake. It's yours — no time limit on access.
Can our guests watch the wedding livestream from overseas?+
Yes — anywhere with an internet connection. We send a private link before the day, and family overseas or interstate can watch live or come back to the recording later. No accounts or special software required.
